We’re thrilled to welcome Elvina Crowe to the I Stand Beside team as a Research Assistant, based at the University of Oxford’s Nature-based Solutions Initiative and supported by the Royal College of Art’s Ecological Citizen(s) Network+ grant.

Elvina brings a rich and interdisciplinary background to her work with us. She is helping to co-create and evaluate our digital platform and Interspecies Assemblies, exploring how these tools deepen people’s sense of connection with the living world. Her approach weaves together critical theory, multispecies studies, and creative practice to nurture grounded, joyful, and lasting forms of reconnection.

Elvina’s experience spans ecotherapy, bioethics, biodiversity outreach, and sonic plant intelligence workshops. We are honoured to have her walking beside us.
